How does the 30-day trial work?

After creating an account, you’ll get unlimited access to OpDemand for 30 days. No obligation — no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, your environments will be disabled until you select a plan.

What kind of commitment am I making?

Our 30-day trial is free without any obligation. Once you select a plan you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time from the Billing screen inside the OpDemand console.

What is a collaborator?

Collaborators are other OpDemand users invited to help manage environments. Send invites over email or using an OpDemand username. If you only need access to shared environments, select our free Collaborator plan.

What if I need more environments?

No problem! We offer custom plans. Please contact our Help Desk for more information.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer email support for all plans through our Help Desk. We pride ourselves on responding quickly to all support requests. When email support isn’t enough, we are happy to work through support issues over the phone.
